General Information
Annual Meeting took place on October 5th, 2024 at 1pm
There were 2 Board Positions available, and with the final votes counted. We would like to welcome our 2 newest Board Members. Peter Pauole and Geri Tolchin. Regarding the minimum home size requirement, the total votes received of 332 and 268 supported and 64 against. With over 4000 lots in Nanawale, to meet qurom, we need 60 percent of votes returned which was not achieved. We are in talks with our lawyer on any other possible options.
