tenants to know and understand these documents and we ask that they are reviewed periodically.

For members and/or tenants who disregard their obligation to the community, we have adopted the following program for other violations: Late fees assessed quarterly without notice until corrected.

We do not currently accept debit/credit card payments or online payments. We only accept cash, checks or money orders. We are setting up online banking in 2022 so that we can provide more efficient service to our many property owners who prefer to pay online and/or with debit/credit cards. We do not advise sending cash through the mail.
