Ballots and Statement Info!

-Ballots are due by September 27th and any balance due must be paid minus the $50 mailbox fee for 2024.

-Statements have been included in ballots for mailing purposes only.

 

New Board & New Beginnings for Nanawale!

-We would like to commemorate the life and legacy of our former Board President Maddie Green who passed away earlier this year.  She was a pillar to the community and will be greatly missed.

-Let's welcome our new Board including Board President Cheryl Holland & Vice President Sabine Nagasawa, Treasurer Leina 'ala Kealoha, Secretary Dennis Carlson, Sargeant of Arms Ma'ave Enos, Faith Caldeira & Mike McCarthy.

Register to Speak at Board Meeting!

-Forms can be picked up at the Longhouse or emailed.  If you want to speak and attend at an upcoming board meeting, you must turn in form at least 48 hours prior to the meeting.  Members Only!

October 5th at 1p - Annual Board Meeting!

-Must be present if accept nomination if running for Board position.

-Board position terms are 3 years.

​Ballot Initiative for 2024 Annual Meeting!

- Currently 880 square feet is the minimum requirement for Nanawale.  We will be adding to the ballot, a vote to lower and change the square foot requirement to more align with Hawaii County.  Permitting for the build, along with sceptic and or certified composting toilet would still be required.

2 Board Positions available!

-Terms will expire October of 2027.  Applicants must be present for the Annual Meeting taking place on October 5th, 2024 at 1pm.
